In 2011, Bhiwani had population of 1,634,445 of which male and female were 866,672 and 767,773 respectively. In 2001 census, Bhiwani had a population of 1,425,022 of which males were 758,253 and remaining 666,769 were females. Bhiwani District population constituted 6.45 percent of total Maharashtra population. In 2001 census, this figure for Bhiwani District was at 6.74 percent of Maharashtra population.
