Changlang District - Population 2011-2024

An official Census 2011 detail of Changlang, a district of Arunachal Pradesh has been released by Directorate of Census Operations in Arunachal Pradesh. Enumeration of key persons was also done by census officials in Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh.

In 2011, Changlang had population of 148,226 of which male and female were 76,948 and 71,278 respectively. In 2001 census, Changlang had a population of 125,422 of which males were 65,821 and remaining 59,601 were females. Changlang District population constituted 10.71 percent of total Maharashtra population. In 2001 census, this figure for Changlang District was at 11.42 percent of Maharashtra population.

There was change of 18.18 percent in the population compared to population as per 2001. In the previous census of India 2001, Changlang District recorded increase of 31.29 percent to its population compared to 1991.

Changlang Child Population

In census enumeration, data regarding child under 0-6 age were also collected for all districts including Changlang. There were total 25,869 children under age of 0-6 against 25,486 of 2001 census.
