Although India is facing rapid population growth with its 1.21 Billion population, there are some districts which has in fact recorded lowest population growth rate, probably due to heavy migration or lower birth rate in the last 10 years. Such districts have recorded negative population growth rate i.e. decrease in overall population compared to population of 2001 census.
