Tinsukia District - Population 2011-2024

An official Census 2011 detail of Tinsukia, a district of Assam has been released by Directorate of Census Operations in Assam. Enumeration of key persons was also done by census officials in Tinsukia District of Assam.

In 2011, Tinsukia had population of 1,327,929 of which male and female were 680,231 and 647,698 respectively. In 2001 census, Tinsukia had a population of 1,150,062 of which males were 601,099 and remaining 548,963 were females. Tinsukia District population constituted 4.26 percent of total Maharashtra population. In 2001 census, this figure for Tinsukia District was at 4.31 percent of Maharashtra population.

There was change of 15.47 percent in the population compared to population as per 2001. In the previous census of India 2001, Tinsukia District recorded increase of 19.51 percent to its population compared to 1991.

Tinsukia Child Population
