Haridwar District - Population 2011-2024

An official Census 2011 detail of Haridwar, a district of Uttarakhand has been released by Directorate of Census Operations in Uttarakhand. Enumeration of key persons was also done by census officials in Haridwar District of Uttarakhand.

In 2011, Haridwar had population of 1,890,422 of which male and female were 1,005,295 and 885,127 respectively. In 2001 census, Haridwar had a population of 1,447,187 of which males were 776,021 and remaining 671,166 were females. Haridwar District population constituted 18.74 percent of total Maharashtra population. In 2001 census, this figure for Haridwar District was at 17.05 percent of Maharashtra population.

There was change of 30.63 percent in the population compared to population as per 2001. In the previous census of India 2001, Haridwar District recorded increase of 28.70 percent to its population compared to 1991.


Haridwar Literacy Rate

Haridwar Child Population
